APICDA and Silver Bay Seafoods are jointly announcing a partnership regarding processing operations in False Pass. APICDA will assume ownership of the False Pass facility (formerly owned by Trident), and Silver Bay Seafoods will lease and manage the operations of the facility and fuel company.
